Ordering & Delivery
No, what this website does is it helps you find and submit a request for spare parts. You send us an enquiry and our technical service team will handle the request and get in touch with you.
Parts.Expert primarily supplies B2B. However, as a private individual you can always contact us to see if there is something we can do to help you out.
We aim to respond to you within one day. We have to request quotes for products that we don’t have in stock ourselves which may take a little bit longer. So bear with us.
Both us and our shipping partners are doing everything in our power to meet the stated delivery times. In case we can’t make that happen we will let you know. You can find our delivery times here.
We cannot always guarantee that we can ship al spare parts at the same time. If you haven’t received everything please contact us by phone, chat or mail.
This website enable you to put in a request for spare parts; it is not a web shop. Delivery will be handled by Contimeta after your approval of the quote you received from us.
If products are in stock in our warehouse in Utrecht the usual delivery time is 2 working days. If your order is processed before 2pm your order will leave the warehouse the same day. Parts that we don’t carry in stock will have to come from other supplier and can therefore delay the process. We are dependent on third parties. Hence we can only give you an estimate of the delivery times. See the table below for an indication of the delivery times.
|Country||Delivery time||Additional delivery time|
|Germany, Luxemburg||1 - 2 working days (If in stock)||+ 2 to 3 working days|
|Other EU-countries, Norway, Switzerland||1 - 2 working days (If in stock)||+ 3 to 4 working days|
|All other countries||1 - 2 working days (If in stock)||+ 5 to 12 working days|

We always strive for satisfied customers. When it comes to easily requesting spare parts we have developed a user-friendly system that allows you to select the spare parts based on a technical drawing (exploded view) of a machine or device. The desired part can be clicked on via so called hot-spots (location numbers) that are linked to the relevant part. Click and go, that’s Parts.Expert for you.
Most of the time a machine has a registration tag where you can find the model of your machine.
If the registration tag is damaged or you can’t seem to find it please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
Usually the registration tag also tell you the year it was manufactured. For example 01.19. would be January 2019. If the registration tag is damaged or you can’t seem to find it please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.
We stock a large number of items but it’s impossible to have everything. For the latest information on whether or not we have your item in stock its best to give our service department a call. Either way we will let you know if your items are in stock once you submitted an enquiry.
