Tools.Expert service department
Machines and devices purchased by a user are often just perceived as a small link in a complex process. However, failure can have a major consequences. At Tools.Expert service is our number one priority.
At the core of our service department are our 25 professional employees. Structural investments are made towards their experience and know-how. Technical service is a unique craftsmanship in which a combination of flexibility and knowledge is of paramount importance. We can even assist you in overhauling your machines and devices.
Commitment
The involvement of the service department starts before the purchase. The sales advice is the result of consultation with the engineers and the service department. In its advice, the service department focuses specifically on the circumstances in which the machines must be able to function. Taking into account the user, the expectations with regard to maintenance and failure.
Workshop
The final inspection of all machines and devices takes place in our workshop before they get send back to the customers. We also repair and modify machines that can be transported in our workshop. All other repairs or modifications are done on location.
Tools.Expert has their own well/equipped workshop. This enables us to ensure that machines and devices are prepared quickly and correctly for you to use them.
Teleconsultation
Some maintenance can be done via the phone with the help of one of our Tools.Expert technicians. Our service staff happily provides you with advice. In many cases this advice will lead to us sending you a spare part that you can easily install yourself.
